Yes. Tastings at Aum Cellars are private and by appointment only — not a drop-in tasting bar. Reserve a time on Visit so we can host you without a crowd.
The Signature Estate tasting is 90 minutes. Other experiences are listed as 90 minutes or two hours when you book. We confirm the length with your reservation.
Private tastings at Aum Cellars are for up to eight guests. Some experiences have a published minimum — for example four guests for a grape stomp or blending session. Current limits appear when you reserve.
Payments for tastings, tours, classes, pairings, and other winery experiences are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, write us as early as you can — we may reschedule when another date is open, but a reschedule is not guaranteed and does not create a refund. If Aum Cellars must cancel and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, the affected payment may be refunded.
