This is a guide to the actual Aum Cellars portfolio — not a forever list of eight bottles. The shop and cellar change. What follows is the current lineup from the estate catalog: variety, source, and how you can get the wine. Prices, stock, and names live on Wines. A private tasting pours a selection of current and library wines; that flight is chosen when you visit, not copied from this page.
What is in the cellar now?
Reserve bottles in the open shop are typically the Gordon Valley Sauvignon Blanc–Sémillon, Russian River Pinot Noir (Calera clone, sourced), Sierra Foothills Grenache Noir (sourced), F’ing Fabulous Malbec from Coombsville, Estate Cabernet Sauvignon from Atlas Peak, and the Coombsville blend (thirty percent estate Cabernet, sixty-five percent estate Malbec). The Sexy Trio — Sexy Bastard, Single Vyd. Sexy M.F., and Sexy Bitch — are estate barrel-select reserve Cabernets from Mt. George. They leave by wine club allotment, not the ordinary cart.

Estate fruit, sourced fruit, and allocation
Estate fruit is grown on Hoffmann ground in Coombsville, Atlas Peak, Calistoga, and Mt. George. The shop is explicit when a wine is not estate-grown. Collections package sets the estate already names: The Aum Signature Trio, The Heart of AUM, Three Shades of Red. This page does not invent tasting notes or vintages. If a bottle is sold out, it will not add to the cart; a collection that contains a missing wine is unavailable until that wine returns.

Questions, answered
- Which Aum Cellars wines should I taste?
- Start with whatever the shop lists now. Estate reds are Coombsville Malbec, Atlas Peak Cabernet, and the estate blend. Pinot and Grenache are sourced reserves. Allocation Cabernets go through the wine club.
- Are all Aum wines estate-grown?
- No. Russian River Pinot Noir (Calera clone) and Sierra Foothills Grenache Noir are sourced fruit, and the shop says so. Coombsville and Atlas Peak reds are estate fruit. The Sexy Trio are estate barrel-select Cabernets.
- Why does this page not say “eight”?
- The catalog changes. A Signature Estate tasting pours a flight from current and library wines; that is not the same as a forever list of eight bottles. Wines is the live inventory.
- How do I buy allocation Cabernets?
- Sexy Bastard, Single Vyd. Sexy M.F., and Sexy Bitch are not in the ordinary cart. They are released to wine club allotment members.

Private tastings at Aum Cellars are by appointment — a vineyard walk, cellar time, and a seated pour in Napa.
