Sexy Bastard is the bold one. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the Smoking Man Vineyard on Mt. George, this wine comes from spur-pruned vines that produce smaller berries and a greater concentration of skins to juice—giving it noticeably more power, structure and intensity.

The nose is rich and seductive, opening with blackberry, boysenberry and mulberry layered with dark chocolate. On the palate, red plum and cherry mingle with deep blackberry and boysenberry, creating a generous core of dark, concentrated fruit.

Firm, textured tannins give Sexy Bastard its backbone, while vibrant acidity keeps all that richness fresh and beautifully balanced. Pete calls this his “steak wine,” and it's easy to understand why. This is a Cabernet made for grilled ribeye.

Sexy M.F. is the dark, brooding powerhouse of the trio—a Cabernet with depth, intensity and unmistakable presence. Grown in the Smoking Man Vineyard on Mt. George, it represents the more commanding side of Pete’s winemaking while maintaining the freshness and balance that define his style.

The wine opens with an alluring concentration of dark plum, blackberry, boysenberry and mulberry, accented by a subtle touch of cinnamon. Oak plays a supporting role rather than taking center stage, allowing the richness and character of the fruit to lead.

On the palate, layers of dark plum, blackberry and boysenberry unfold over firm, grainy tannins, with dried herbs and a distinctive dusty, chalky minerality adding complexity to the finish. Powerful without becoming heavy, Sexy M.F. manages to be both substantial and energetic—a serious Napa Cabernet with a name and personality that are difficult to forget.

Don't let the name fool you—Sexy Bitch is Pete's “friendly Cab,” an elegant, approachable expression of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with plenty of personality.

Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the 1.75-acre Smoking Man Vineyard on Mt. George, Sexy Bitch comes from cane-pruned vines that produce larger clusters and berries, giving the wine a softer, more graceful character than its bolder sibling, Sexy Bastard.

The wine opens with a dark, savory intrigue before revealing ripe plum, currant, fresh sage and a distinctive touch of shishito pepper. On the palate, the fruit brightens beautifully with lingonberry, cranberry and red currant, carried by vibrant acidity, smooth rounded tannins and a subtle dusty finish.

At just 13.9% alcohol, this isn't an oversized Napa Cabernet. It's balanced, expressive and remarkably food-friendly—a Cabernet made as much for the dinner table as the cellar. Pair it with lamb, roasted meats, earthy vegetables, or simply someone you like enough to share the bottle with.
