Welcome to the Aum Cellars website, operated by Hoffmann Family Winery. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Legal drinking age

You must be of legal drinking age to use this website (21 or older in the United States). Wine is an alcoholic beverage. Please drink responsibly.

The website is informational

This site presents our wines, estate, and experiences. Product descriptions, prices, allotment amounts, membership fees, and event listings are offered in good faith and may change. Listing a wine or price does not guarantee availability.

Purchases

Reserve wines, estate olive oil, wine-club allotments, VIP Membership, and private visits may be purchased through this website. Checkout is processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you confirm you are of legal drinking age (21 or older in the United States) and that the information you provide is accurate. Wine shipping, unopened returns, and refunds are described in our Shipping, Returns & Refunds policy.

We ship wine only where the law allows. An order may be delayed, refunded, or declined if we cannot legally ship to your state. Listing a wine or price does not guarantee current availability. Individual Sexy Trio bottles are not sold as a boxed set in the shop; wine-club allotments are paid at checkout. Wine club membership auto-renews at the published shipment price twice a year, in spring and fall, unless you skip a shipment or write us to cancel.

Buttons such as “Request Allocation” and “Become a Member” take you to checkout. A sale is completed only after successful payment.

Tastings and visits

Visits are private and by appointment. Completing checkout reserves your requested time on our calendar. We may reschedule if the estate cannot host that window, in which case we will refund or move the visit. Experience reservations are otherwise non-refundable. Organic Wine Club, membership, and shipping

Organic Wine Club allotments and VIP membership, if offered, are subject to availability and to the alcohol shipping laws of your state. We do not ship wine to every jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate age and address information if we fulfill an order.

Intellectual property

The site design, photographs, logos, and written content are owned by Aum Cellars / Hoffmann Family Winery or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
