Aum Cellars / Hoffmann Family Winery (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on aumcellars.com and how we use it. This site is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction (21 or older in the United States).

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to send us, including:

• Name, email address, and message when you use the contact form
• Appointment details (phone, requested date and time, party size, membership, occasion, dietary notes) on the visit form
• Name, email, order number, wines, and return details if you use the shipping and returns form
• Email address if you join the newsletter list in the footer
• Name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and order details when you check out
• Website change-request details if you use the internal admin form

Our servers and hosting provider may also receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you visit. If the API is running, page paths may be counted in aggregate for internal analytics. Those counts are not tied to your name.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to inquiries, tasting requests, and wine-club or membership questions
• Fulfill and ship orders placed through the cart
• Send estate updates if you join the mailing list
• Improve the website and fulfill change requests

We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Checkout is processed by Stripe. Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s pages and are not stored on this website. Stripe’s use of your information is described in their privacy policy.

Email delivery

Form submissions are delivered by email using Resend, a third-party processor acting on our behalf. Do not include payment card numbers in any form on this site.

Cookies and analytics

This marketing site does not currently set advertising cookies. Browser storage may be used for normal site operation, including remembering items in your cart. We may add a privacy-respecting analytics tool in the future; if we do, this policy will be updated.

Your choices

You may email us to request access to or deletion of information you submitted through our forms, subject to records we must keep for legal or operational reasons. California residents may contact us to exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, or correct personal information, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law).

Children

This website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21.
